Once your item is received and you think is defective please reach out to our customer service within 5-7 business days of receipt of your order. If the items that you received are the wrong items or are missing an item please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get the correct item to you.
All returns must be received within 15days of the date that we ship out your order. Anything purchased with any form of FINAL SALE is not eligible for return. Anything purchased as a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. Returned items must remain un-wasted and unworn. Please include your return form in return package. Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it. Shipping is not refundable.
